Haunting -- Part Two

The next dream I had involved many of the LARPing people from Crimson Dawn, including OwlSamantha. Very much like in the real game, my character had just left the city, but unlike the real game I brought in an NPC to take her place.

The NPC was awkward -- a big burley viking that was about twice my real life size, and 3 or 4 times as muscular. Because this was the dream were apparently all larping things are possible, we actually managed to project flawless images of our characters in spite of actual appearance.

Anyway, So I get of a boat standing on the docks and lumber over to the other characters and begin my introduction with a heavy Nordish accent when all of a sudden Sam breaks character and asks me to wear the helmet. I'd apparently neglected to wear it because a viking helmet with horns was readily available. So I backed up, went to the boat from wence (is this a word?) I came re-ented lumbering wearing a viking helmet which everyone snickered at.

I was asked IC about what I thought of the country I'd just arrived in, at which point I stepped into a small boat which could fit scarcely fit my butt, much less my legs when setting cross-legged. The whole thing seemed to bow beneath the weight of the character as water began coming into the canoe-like vessel. At this point I responded that the boats in this country were very puny.

And this is all I can recall.
