If your tummy is still acting funny might I suggest a bit of peppermint? :3 I have a soft peppermint stick whenever my tummy is sort-of-upset-but-not and it helps.
Sadly I have none at work, but peppermint tea usually helps me quite a bit. I'm going to pick up some plain steamed rice on the way home, that plus the tea is my new favourite sick-diet. ^___^;;
