A Day in the Life of Kris

Apr 23, 2003 08:10

Awaking late,
Thus missing bus,
To class late arriving,
Still beat I Russian teacher.

Subsequent respite interim,
Studied valiantly I Ramanyana,
Still likely however,
that failed I that quiz,
at day's fifteenth hour.

Then braved I bureacracy thick,
To third floor M.U. I bravely ascended!
Black heart of A.S.U.C.D I upward descended,
And returned I unscathed!
For no Weissman waylaid me,
No Mary Vasquez did liberally sue me,
Merely Vicky Swett to sway me tried,
But rightious Chief Justice I,
Bravely disregard these dread sirons.

And to social science next,
The labyrinthine concrete meanders I wandered,
In search of my friend, dear comrade Kristy,
At last did I find her,
The highest spire ensconced.

And a burrito I ate!
From most noble of places,
Our beloved "Co. Ho."
And indeed it was good.
But busses delayed,
behind and lethargic,
Unitrans must I blame,
made me late for Com 6.

One task now remained,
Supreme Court meeting to hold,
and hold it we did,
with three members missing,
Quorum not met,
Still we valiant endured!
Informal council us four held.

Twenty first hour of day,
Sun long since departed,
Finally Tuesday mine concluded.
