(no subject)
i decided not to get my freshman sister anything for the senior-frosh brunch. i figured she'd be weirded out if i came in with a huge card with her name on it considering we've never met. i guess that's pretty typical of me to think that. whatever, i still plan on being extremely nice to her. (side-note: i was just going to write about the free bagels, but then i remembered that TUS has no concept of the word "free" and that somewhere along the lines we have paid for these bagels.)
i remember when i was a freshman thinking the seniors were so cool, especially the hip/indie ones. i wonder if i'm gonna be one of those seniors for some poor freshman soul. i just want to grab some of these girls by the enormous-backpack (TUS girls you know the ones) and tell them that it can eventually get better. high school, like most things, is just what you allow yourself make of it. after 3 years, i've finally learned this.
