So due to previous day's experience with asshole kids from hell, today, knowing that i'll be probably dealing with a worser bunch of kids, I put on the "bitch look" first impression big time. The music turned off late today (our school goes by music instead of bells), so I was sitting in class for like 15 minutes glaring at every soul in that classroom. People were quiet while I was glaring at them. Then, I picked up my teacher's edition book and sorta slammed it on to the table, making a slight pounding noise. Next, I flipped the pages loudly-as if to signal that I was in pissy mood. Then finally, when the damn music turned off, I closed the door, making a slight banging sound, and spoke up in a loud, grouchy, demanding voice. And yes, they behaved...for awhile. I was still called a fob like Jeanne was for miswriting something by accident by that stupid kid Simon (but I took it as nothing, glared and yelled at him some more-i think he calls every teacher a fob as a way of connecting to that teacher). And yes, the infamous principal's son Albert said I wrote ugly-which I quickly retaliated by telling him to tell that to the principal-his mother-he decided to shut up and I continued with class. They behaved pretty much until I finished my lesson, which roughly made an hour. However, I have 3 hours with them. So for the next 2 hours, we got along okay I guess. They just did their hw, but the rowdy kids Albert and Simon can't stop calling each other gay and occasionally said "jacking off." Furthermore, being that they were so immature, they made a big thing about the door knob in my classroom because some nasty little 1st grader named Raymond (he picked his nose and rubbed his finger on the doorknob-supposedly)had touched the other side of it. They called the doornob-at least the side of the doorknob Raymond touched-"the horny doorknob." And every freakin time people came into the room after going to the restroom, they kept saying "eww...he/she touched the horny doorknob." But yes, I do believe is Simon and Albert had remarkably disappeared, the class would have been quiet and under my control because seriously, I think they were afraid of me. I mean, no teacher wants to be known as the evil, mean teacher, but if it works to get them down-why not?! They got more rowdy in the when i let them play hang man on the board, but oh wells, they do shut up for a few seconds when i warn them. The first thing I said to them when I walked in was that I worked on a 2 warning system. If I warn them 2 times, they're out seeing Ms. Principal. Obviously, Albert won't mind seeing mommy, but I know his daddy too (another teacher). I think this whole thing is just really stupid-how principals put their kids in their own school. I mean, first of all, it lets the kid off easy and secondly, the other kids start treating their kid as sort of an outcast. Oh yes, this little girl called Vivian gave me gummy bears and some other girl started talking to me about "Scary Movie II." If only Albert and Simon can be so sweet and be as quiet as the girls. And you guys know what, the scariest thing is that they all tell me they want to go to UCLA (they think it's God) and like they're all saying how Harvard and Yale were "evil."--such Asian parent/school brainwashing is scary! Not that UCLA is a bad school, but they shouldn't be taught to believe that it's the only good school. Can't believe they don't even know Berkeley. And lastly, another scary thing I found out about the kids is that the all LOVE math with a fervor---another very Asian thing....*sigh*...these kids are more Asian than me...which makes it kinda scary. Oh wells, at least today was a little bit better. It was only a 1/2 day for me, so I get off at 12pm. yay! Kenneth took me and Jeanne to Sandi's for lunch. The Thai food was pretty good and the prices were not high at all (good going Rita!) Then Kenneth drove us to see Mr. Williams again. Mr. Williams taught us more on how to intimidate kids-like shake their hands by pressing on certain pressure points to scare them. Hopefully, I can bring it to some good use. So that was my day! Good enough...as compared to yesterday that is. Notice, I haven't called them "assholes" or "bastards" today. Or that I haven't cussed. And thank you all for all your cool comments on my previous lj! Yes, those kids need some spanking alright!
