It's very wise, my dear. Very wise indeed! Sometimes so much can be expressed with so little! Just like my favourite opera! Ah~!

No matter, your userinfo says you are "Sasuke", am I right or are these bat things called computers just as wrong about everything as the rest of the world?

... Ahaha. Yes, that's my name. Uchiha Sasuke, from the Naruto fandom.

What's your verse... ahm... Rip Van Winkle?

Pleasure to meet you, Mr. Uchiha. Or would you prefer I just use your birthname? I never seem to be able to figure the Asian names out, I'm afraid. "Naruto" eh? I believe I've read up about it on some on-line encyclopedia. Your character seems to be very well-liked. I'm sure we could get along rather well.

Ah yes, Rip Van Winkle is indeed my name but I'll allow you the simple pleasure of just calling me Rip. You seem to be a man of finer tastes, do you happen to have any favourite novels or plays?

Of course I'm well-liked. I am one of the strongest characters in the series. And "Sasuke" will do. I'm not extremely anal about that kind of thing.

Well, I'm not really too engrossed in plays and theatre as much. But I love books. My favourite authors are Chuck Palahniuk, Vladimir Nabokov, Ernest J. Gaines, and Nikki Giovanni.

Alright, Sasuke. I'll be sure to take note of it. You're strong, eh? Ever considered joining an organization hellbent on wiping scum off the face of the earth?

Oh you do have fine tastes! I was certain there was something about you I knew I would like! Tell me, how yould you compare the writing style of Nabokov to those of some of the later literary masterpieces?

Hm. None of that interests me. My only real genuine interest is killing a certain person.

Well, Nabokov is old-fashioned in his way of writing. Heavily influenced by psychological cases (or he loves to write about people with some kind of mental and social apathy). However I find him whimsical and far more mature than most writers. Or, in English, he can write about a nutjob and turn it into War and Peace.

Ambitious too! Smart young man! You'll go far in the world!

How true, so very true. These times are lacking such creatie geniuses. Have you had the pleasure of seeing Der Freischütz?

Oh, I know I will.

No I haven't? Who might he be?

Why, it's one of, if not, the greatest opera ever created!
