And he is now hiding from everyone, lying in a bathtub filled to the brim with hot water, in Orioke no Jutsu/female form, and trying to push out his baby all by himself. So if you think you hear the sound of a small cat mewling when you pass by his room on the fourth floor, its him (or her) trying to give birth by his/her lonesome.
