This is actually kinda disjointed but oh well
We've had two days of class so far, and I'm still not used to being the Toddler teacher. It doesn't really help that most of the kids in the Nursery class moved up from my Oyako Class, so they're all pretty well attached to me. It's sad to hear them crying next door, and then when I walk by in the hallway they all go "Emami! Emami! Ema!"

So I got my hair cut and dyed over the weekend, and when I showed up for work on Monday, one of my coworkers mentioned that maybe it was kinda getting into not appropriate for work shades? He was just teasing - we've prolly worked more together than with anyone else in the company - so I pointed out that I was also wearing all five of my earrings (we're only supposed to have two in, and cartilage piercings aren't allowed) as well as wearing nail polish. And if I thought I could get away with adding pink streaks or something to my hair, I'd do that to.
There was some sort of typhoon? or something today, and the weather was bad enough that Head Office called up all the schools and sent the teachers home. This doesn't really happen that often, so it was exciting! Of course now everything is calm, so work tomorrow won't be any problem, but it was nice to get home a bit early today.
