Como esta? Do you speak Tagalog? I had many Filipino friends in college and I have a few here on LJ...and a good friend in LA...her name is Concepcion :) . I have depression, anxiety, and cyclothymia, a milder form of bipolar. So I get it totally. I was in therapy for a long time too.

My tagalog isn't as good as my bisaya (another Filipino dialect from the Visayas Region. Tagalog is mostly in Luzon, although it's the National Language). My depression phases are not as bad as my manic phases. I have a tendency to get psychotic if I'm not properly medicated during a major mania phase of Bipolar I. I use to have terrible anxiety as well, but not so bad these days. Therapy saves me. hehe
