Birds and book, day 62

Mar 02, 2012 22:33

This has been a somewhat challenging week and I, for one, am glad to see it coming to a close. I did consider fleeing from work mid-morning more days than really seems rational. All's well that ends well, however, and this evening featured A Fistful of Dollars which movie, I swear, is utterly incomprehensible in places but still quite fine.

Sadly, that's really all I've got to pad the slide into the bird list. Oh, except for my overwhelming yearning for this. Tuesday, I hear, is open-to-the-public day. I feel an emergency day off coming on.

Birds
American robins
American goldfinches (about a kazillion)
pine siskins
bushtits
black-capped chickadees
dark-eyed juncos
yellow-rumped warbler
golden-crowned (and white-throated) sparrow
house sparrows
house finches
Anna's hummingbirds
Barrow's goldeneyes (again, quite the flock)
peregrine falcon
crows
gulls
pigeons
starlings
