...with being a graduate student!
Over the last three days, I have read and learned all about cognitive authority, engaged in online debates about the relevance of technology to the library profession, advocated for the incredible amount of power placed into the hands of librarians, discussed my deep and abiding love of YA literature and posed deeply philosophical questions about the nature of knowledge.
And it's only week one. Can I get paid to be a student forever?
In other news, it is cold. Excessively cold, for the RGV, but I'm trying hard to hang on to my Yankee roots and not be a wimp. I think it is hilarious that we had a 2-hour delay yesterday when not a wisp of snow was in sight and the day's lowest temperature was 38.
People from the Valley wouldn't last an hour in New England.
