for not having any classes on my first day back....
...i got quite a bit accomplished.
let's see. i woke up at 9. read a chapter for my math class. got ready for my tutoring session with one of the students i was assigned to work with. did the whole tutoring thing for an hour. mailed off a letter to afton that had a little something for her bday. requested a transcript from my school. gave them another form to fill out in regards to a scholarship thingy. found out i owed $17.40 for some prescriptions i got from my health center last month. so i paid that and the fee to get a transcript. discovered there was a job opening that i wanted, so i filled out the entire application and submitted it online to the university, since it would be with them. and i hope i get this one cuz it'd only be for 7 weeks, and i'd make a lot of money and it'd be with kids (high schoolers, but same thing). then, let's see, what else did i do? umm, oh! i got my hw done for my social studies class tomorrow. i had already read the chapter like 2 weeks ago before break, but i did my online response thingy to it this afternoon. then i napped. and it was glorious. and now i've got about an hour before one of my friends is gonna come over to watch a movie, so i'll prolly work on some other hw between now and then too. so yeah. that's been my day. and on top of it, i'm still in a little bit of pain from my surgery, so that's been no good. but i'm glad i didn't have to sit through any classes, that would have been really uncomfortable for me.
