Elections are coming up. :O Quick question - if you have already registered do you need to do it again? Do you have to do it if you live in another city temporarily (and at the time of election)? Hmmz. Well, I'll find out when I go to register next week. XD Federal elections are on Rocktober 14th!
I'm semi-job hunting right now. I mean, I want a job, but I'm still sorta testing the waters for school to see if I can handle it. My forensics class requires no papers at all...I think I can handle it, haha. OMG found a job at a yarn shop, gonna send in my resume tonight. XD (They accept emails) It's on West 10th Ave so like an hour commute, but it'd be a fun job I think.
I wanted to experiment more with alcohol, ie drink something other than coolers and sour puss. So I bought Peach Schnapps! Still sugary sweet but more zing - and super good to mix things with! Yay! I also bought orange & brandy liquer for baking. I made candied oranges with it tonight and they were the best thing evarrrrr. It was so freakishly easy and delicious - just orange slices + brown sugar + coated in the brandy + broiled till absorbed. :D Yumz! Instead of getting the brandy zing, you get all the warm orangey flavour from the liquer instead. <3
I've been groovin' to the campus radio lately. The show now is playing Devendra in the background as the vj talks. <3 It's funny ...he actually sort of sounds like Lance *random* XD. There is sooo much to listen too on this radio.
Elliott Brood on Saturday! Holy crapola. :O I'm excited but kinda nervous...what does one wear to this things? I ordered some shirts from threadless, but nothing has come in yet. Going by myself? :S Oh my. Well, if I can throw myself into the public and flogg my stuff with no one, then I should be able to handle going to a show by a band that I really like. :3
