We finally located my smartmedia card reader, only to discover that it and my laptop are unable to talk to each other. Nobody cares enough about this product any more to have drivers that work beyond Mac OS 10.1, and since I have one of the Intel-based MacBook Pros, I can't run classic. I also hate it when they neglect to update software on otherwise perfectly good hardware.

There's still a lot of trees and hiding places on that island, so I can believe there are deer hanging out there.

Yeah, and one of the really big woodsy parks is between home and the grocery store, so if they were going to be anywhere, that's where they'd be. I just had no idea there were any!
