Keith Olbermann's Special Comment about Lying

*sigh* The President trying to fool the American people into supporting his various attempts to "edit" the Constitution and to keep his political party in power.

All right, I'm outed:  I'm a political Independent who tends to lean Liberal.  It's NOT a bad word, and neither is Feminism if you take it to include "belief in egalitarianism" and not something as subjective as "man-hating with a paranoid victim complex  and a belief in the inherent true biological/moral superiority of Woman in Everything That Matters".  I don't believe that expressing disapproval of the President 's actions makes me a traitor and I don't believe that wanting the same respect and regard as a man makes me an evil emasculator.

I don't care too much about political party when it really matters -- if one of our leaders does something that I feel is stupid, wrong, impractical, rash, not representative of the people, detrimental to society, or useless then I'll say something.  Hey, liberals and Democrats can make dumb decisions too, and at least I try to be above mindless following.

I don't want to write too much political stuff here...you'd think I'd have learned to stay silent by now, being in a family that's politically/socially/fiscally conservative.  Just don't get me started on bigotry.  (Of pretty much all flavors--personally I think all forms of bigotry are attempts to compensate for insecurities, some being more vitriolic than others.)
