Not bad last week.
M: weights

Missed a short run, a weights session, and hiking. Realized that in order to stick to my training schedule, I have to do more than one activity per day. Looking at my training record, that's not realistic.
Getting warning signals from my left Achilles. No more running until my rolfer can see me. It's been nearly 8 years since my Achilles tendon injury, and I don't care to repeat it.
According to my plan, next week I should do 5x weight training, 2x 3mi runs, a 5 mile run, wall climbing and yoga. Realistically, I think I can do 3x weight training, monkey bars, maybe 2x 3mi run (depending on Achilles), yoga, and maybe a hike in place of the 5 mile run. The climbing gym is closed next Sunday, so that's unlikely.
