It's Official
I have reserved my spot at the CIA for March 3rd! I am so excited about it, but also weirdly apprehensive. When I sent in the payment, my hands were shaking a bit, and my heart was racing. This is a huge step for me, and I so badly want to learn to be a chef, but this is also going to lead to so many changes. I still have a boat load of forms I need to send in, but this was the major one in my opinion, or the biggest leap at least.
