Food ideas needed.

Very shortly I will be trying to score some Boxing Week deals with some friends. I need a new pair of jeans. And some shirts that are good for work. Possibly another pair of pants that are good for work, too. We shall see what I find.

I'm trying to eat more healthfully. I always end up buying veggies and such from the grocery store, but they tend to go bad before I get around to eating them. I've got a plan that I put into place last night, after grocery shopping, that I hope will help me. Usually, because I get home from work so late, I don't feel like prepping all the food for a good dinner, so I end up just throwing a veggie burger on the grill. So after grocery shopping last night, I chopped all the veggies into the various shapes that I need them for things, and put them into containers into the fridge. Hopefully having everything ready to throw into a pan or whatever will help me to actually make those things and use the veggies! Now I just have to think of more exciting things to make besides stir frys, burritos and pastas. Suggestions are welcome, vegetarian (or adaptable) ideas preffered.

And what do y'all eat for breakfast? Do you have any fast, simple ideas that one can throw together at 6am without much trouble, or can be prepared the night before? I need to eat breakfast, but I rarely do. I've got yogurt and berries to add to it, which will last me a few days, but I get bored easily and need ideas. Things that are easy to pack and eat later are also a good idea, since it usually takes me a couple hours after waking up to actually want to eat breakfast, and there's no way I'm getting up at 4am so that I'll be hungry before I leave the house at 6:15.
