The first thing Jack does when he leaves the airport is rent a motorcycle. Before he even has a hotel room in this foreign land whose tongue he does not know, Jack's handing over newly exchanged baht for a black Kawasaki Ninja.
He likes the sense of control when he's riding it, how small it seems and responsive it feels. He also likes knowing that one turn taken too sharp or a moment of distraction could end up killing him.
Jack keeps the ocean on his right, not sure where he's going to stop, but for once not particularly caring.
