After a lot of thought I've decided to go gluten free and try to eat as naturally as I possibly can. Gluten is associated with increased fibromyalgia issues. I'm also trying to go vegan, or veggie as much as possible. I will still eat yogurt, cheese and ice cream. I also will still eat meat. For example tomorrow Nick and I are going to lunch at a place we rarely go to and I will eat what I want. I'm praying this will be a positive change that will work for me. I've lost 6 lbs. in 2 weeks.
