My granola

Homemade granola! Thank you @gooniegirl76 and Epicurious.com. Here's my recipe.: 3 c oats, 1/2 c shredded coconut, 3 Tbs brown sugar, 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp sea salt (I used pink Himalayan), 3 Tbs ground flaxseed (I used the flaxseed goji berry blend) and 2 Tbs chia seed. Toss everything together. Heat up 1/2 cup honey and 2 Tbs coconut oil and toss everything together. Spread out on parchment covered cookie sheet with edges and bake @ 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir mix every 10 minutes while baking. Let cool before putting in airtight containers. #glutenfree #nomnom #vegetarian #cleaneating #primal
