Admin Stuff :O Birthday pressies and twitters, oh my!
Hallo, all! :) Just a few updates and notices.
1. calliglad wrote me birthday present fanfic!! :D :D :D She mentioned that she was planning on doing me up a pressie back on my birthday in March, and I was all ajdfibqwgiwefvilqhi OH MY GOD YES PLEASE YOU ARE THE BEST THING. She's been dropping hints as she wrote it -- I'm afraid it seems to have rather taken over her Big Bang, oops -- and she sent it to me yesterday.
I feel like this right now you guys. Seriously.
And oh my God, everyone. It's wonderful. It's absolutely stunningly characterized and written. It's Inception fandom, Arthur/Eames, titled "Lois Lane Had It Easy." It's her very first Inception fic, and it discusses the sense of anticlimax after the Fischer job. The impossible has been obtained; now what? It covers the development of Arthur and Eames' relationship in the space of time once the job is complete, and it's utterly wonderful. I love calliglad to pieces, you guys. Seriously. If you are into the Inceptions, you should probably go read it ASAP.
2. I am now on the Twitters! At traciamc 's suggestion, I have started up a fandom twitter. It's great fun so far, but I have almost no fandom friends to follow! So send me your twitters, dear ones! Or just add me if you want fandom updates and ramblings and squees. <3 My username is Emiliana Darling.
It's going to be great fun, I think, because so often I'll get super excited about something fandom-related and then I HAVE NO ONE TO TELL OMG. I mean, I can tell Boyfriend. But there's a certain point where his eyes start glazing over and he doesn't understand my terminology anymore, and while encouraging he doesn't quiiiiiite get excited over it in the same way I do, haha. So yes. TWITTERS. HELP ME UNDERSTAND THEM.
