Yes. My day off. And I woke up at 9am because...apparently my internal clock doesn't understand the concept of a day off.

The high school mailed me my IB Diploma...because I...never picked it up. Oops.

The week has been pretty good. By tonight I'll have seen three shows this week:

Wednesday: the play "The Suitcase Trilogy" at MaYi, whose theatre was in the same complex as the place where my play was produced last summer.
Thursday: the movie "Pandora's Box" at FilmForum. I went with Max, who says it's one of his favorite movies and I can definitely understand why. FilmForum was cool. I'd never been there before.
Tonight: the play "Trouble in Paradise," courtesy of ART/NY's gift certificates that were left on the dinner tables at the Rainbow Room when guests didn't realize what they were and we, devious volunteers that we were, collected the leftover gift certificates. Heh heh.

Last night after I got back from an emergency appointment at the eye doctor...(I had been having some eye pain and thought my eyes might be acting up, so I went and he said my eyes looked better than they looked last time so...no explanation for the pain, but everything's fine)...I met up with Max to go to the movie. It was POURING. Then we came back here and hung out with Rahul and Nick. Rahul still has no roommate. Max and Nick happened to figure out that they both tried to date the same girl earlier in the year and were both burned. It also turns out that at least 4 other guys were also treated in a similar fashion by this girl. Max wants to make a documentary about it. Anyway, it was hilarious. NYU really is not that big a school.

Tonight I'm hanging out with Jeremy Zoref! I haven't seen him in a really really long time. Jeremy directed the first non-musical I was in, "The Actor's Nightmare" in high school. Wow. Memories.

I'm on testosterone overload. So many guy friends. Don't get me wrong, they're great, but I miss my ridiculous giggling fits with Mimi and Amanda.

Going home this weekend will help.
