what i bought online yesterday..

i'm procrastinating. today, i woke up at 2 pm. not intentionally. so that means too late for running or swims cos the sun wld be too too hot. then ziwei came over and we had to do
teasecups. which meant no lunch. then i cooked dinner, had half a portion of my usual rice, ate more veggies and just one piece of chicken, a couple small bites of stewed pork and a bowl of szechuan soup with tofu. yums. but i still feel heavy and bulky. why huh...
i may go for a bowl of tomyum soup later. my tummy's still growling. more meals, less per meal = better. uh, right?
okay, so maybe results aren't seen in just one meal. maybe i shd have ate abit for lunch. or tea. or sth. but hey, no coffee today. just one small glass of coke. and tons of water. yay!
my plan for lunch tmr - campbells' chicken vegetable soup.
and my entire plan for tmr:
- morning gym / swim
- head over to boon lay shopping centre to change RM for ziwei.
- head home, bathe, change.
- head over to NUH, buy stuff for daddy
- head over to kranji to meet ziwei
- head into JB.
exciting day. and i'm wondering. should i do a daily post on what i wore out, just so i can remember and have the motivation to blog? hmmm..
