my new exercise and slim down before my birthday regime.

morning runs / swims with crunches (if the sun is not too overbearingly searing hot - i'd still prefer to stay fairer though)
brunch - soup / yoghurt / simple sandwich / salad
dinner - light dinner with smaller scoop of rice (ugh! i'm so onto rice these days! nice fluffy, slightly wet rice..)
light run with crunches and some pilates

my resolutions:-
- more water, less coke and sugary drinks
- less caffeine. limit to one every two days at the most.
- exercise more.
- buy a weighing scale.
- finally, be 42 kg (2 kg lighter than now) by my birthday. WHEE.
