I wish I could take credit for finding SeeqPod, but it is a very cool resource nonetheless. Maybe I'm only using it for the very simple actions but basically from what I gathered, you search for a song and if it exists online it will list it and then you can listen to it. I didn't see either of the award shows that these two clips come from, but I thought they were awesome.  OK Go using treadmills during their performance was neat, and Conan's intro was just hilarious.
