I must say that my supervisor that hired me is one of the nicest people I've met. She's clearly perfect in her job, and is very frank, which is nice in people.

Dude, I remember those things. I have no idea what they were called, though. Snappy bracelets? Snap bands? No idea. Pretty sweet that you found one of those.

Yay! Someone recognizes them. The bad thing is I'm starting to think I probably didn't know the name then either. But it was cool to find it still somewhat working, although the cloth is a bit worse for wear. lol.

I remember those! They were awesome. They got banned at my school because my suburban elementary school was paranoid about any potential weapon. Dude, whatever happened to childhood innocence?

I think I had a couple of those... I remember them getting banned at school. Not as weapons, but they were just distracting. It was bad enough that MOST of us had ADD.

That and Yo-yos...

Yo-yos! I saw someone the other day with a yo-yo and got all nostalgic for them. I remember trying to learn tricks.

At one of my schools, we had a brief embroidery craze. Just me and a few friends, but it was fun, stitching behind our propped-up books during reading time. :D

I think I was probably the few that were Yo-yo challenged. I could never figure out how to play with one, they would always roll down once and then just die on me. XD
