Shepherds Harvest
Long time no posting. Here are some good pictures, some good news and a fun update all in one post.
So first of all... You all know I took a break from blogging regularly due to some personal family issues. All is well for now. Thank you all for your concerns, prayers and well wishes.
Also, Andy's got a great part time job, that will be turning into a full time job, most likely in less than 6 months! It's a job he likes and is interested in!
And finally... Mother's Day weekend is here and in Minnesota that can only mean one thing, Shepherds Harvest Sheep and Wool Festival. It may not be as glorious and famous as Rhineback, but it is ours. Last year was my first time attending, and since then it has turned into a great Mothers Day Weekend tradition. This year girls from my knit night group came with, and we all had a great time exploring, shopping, eating and having fun!
Here's some pictures of the festival, including some of my friends and my family. We all had a great time, in spite of it being very cold. Only in Minnesota do you still wear long underwear, hats and globes in May!... (at least we go to show off our hand made wooly goodness). Pictures of the newly acquired wooly goodness will be coming soon.
