My laptop screen crapped out. I have a desktop computer, but I use it primarily for gaming, so it's hooked up to the living room TV. It's a little weird typing out my journel this way, so I've chosen not to. I could do it on my phone or tablet, but I don't like composing that way. Maybe I'll look into a bluetooth keyboard for my tablet.
Took Maki kitty to vet for a cough. Her cough was so loud it kept waking up me and Daymo all night. And she was swallowing hard, thrusting her head forward. It is amazingly hard to get a tiny 10 lb cat made of muscle into a carrier all by myself!
The doc says it may be allergies, asthma, or something she ate gave her a scratchy throat. He suggested we wait and see. It's been almost a week and she's doing a lot better, though she still has some lethargy going on. But she's not hiding out in unusual spots, and she seems in good spirits.
