*cheesy grin of joy*

My obsession is with the green guy and blue guy from this;

Having sex. A lot.

And not always when they were younger either.

In comparison, yours is far more relatively sane XD. Albeit, physicality aside, probably the same sort of appeal - centuries together, both of them really damn smart with strange personality quirks, one likes humans the other isn't quite so fond, sire and fledgling relationship...

I couldn't guess where it came from either ;). But it's understandable and cute.

(I know the exact moment my thing for the two I've been mentioning went from "That'd be cool" to "OTP!!111111", and it's when you find out during the game that; [grabs her ship_manifesto and edits the moment for shortness XD]

And [Raziel] is led by Vorador from a tomb hidden in the back of his garden down to the bottom of a stone staircase, where we see Janos' body on an altar, surrounded by candles... Janos is still dead, lips and chest bloody from when his heart was ripped out, and Vorador briefly discusses 'the greatest of us all.'

Even if you still consider this fairly standard, now is the time to bring in memories of Soul Reaver 2.

Janos died in the top section of his aerie, and the magic holding the aerie together died with him. The major part of the aerie collapsed in on itself, and Janos' corpse was buried beneath the rubble.

Vorador would have to have transported himself to the aerie, searched for the body, lifted away the chunks of rubble, picked Janos up, taken him back to his mansion and set up the altar and candles, and cleaned the rubble and dust from Janos' corpse for it to be presented the way it was in Defiance.

Not to mention that the candles would need changing and Janos' body would need regular cleaning for five centuries.

Woot. Longest bracket-enclosed statement ever).
