Movie Reccs!
Hello!!!!!!!
Im back with some movie recs! Like all you know I mainly rec korean movies that are interesting and sometimes out of the korean cliche plotline.
These two that Im starting with plotline wise it has a bit of the usual korean cliche but still very enjoyable!
1. Hello Schoolgirl
Summary: Kim Yunwoo works as a low level civil servant in a district office. Although he is thirty, he is still quite innocent for his age and has been on numerous unfruitful blind dates in search of a suitable wife. After moving to a new place, he often runs into Han Sooyoung, a high school student who lives downstairs. Han Sooyoung is a cheerful and eccentric eighteen year old who lives with her mother that acts like a princess. Meanwhile, Kang Sook has just started to work at the district office straight after graduating from high school and falls head over heels for Kwon Hakyung, a melancholic woman who always smokes in the same spot, because of her beautiful smile. Hakyung is still holding onto an old flame and keeps on looking for traces of that love every day. Kang Sook continues to keep wooing her, irregardless of her living in the past.

My thoughts: If you are a very dedicated Super Junior fan then you know that Kangin is here. If you are a very dedicated SNSD fan then you know Sooyoung is here too! If not then your gonna be surprise like I was. Hey Schoolgirl is a very light, sweet, funny movie. I found a good balance between the characters and the flow of the movie is not too quick nor too slow. You dont need to use a lot of brain cells to understand the movie and I think is just a good movie to see when you just wanna see a light movie. Go see it and enjoy!
And Kangin is really cute!
2. Someone Special
Summary: About a struggling baseball player and a fan with a long-time crush on him.

My thoughts: This movie is a weird mix of the really sad korean movies, action movies and comedy. Is a bit slow movie and theres a lot of innecesary monologues of the main character. His obsession is kind of annoying and theres a couple of bizzare scenes that leaves you with a big WTF! The ending is cute and funny but really... if you dont have time to waste then dont see this until you can waste your time in it.
I'll be back with a bit of more movies that Im actually seeing now.
