I realized that I hate myself again. It's no good at all. Then I start thinking everyone else hates me.

It's easy to blame my recent interpersonal problems on myself and my paranoia.

But people lie. They really do. It's not in my head. The teevee told me so.

I wouldn't mind as much if they were -better- liars.
