Senator Kennedy has been a Senator for 50 years, for most of my life.  I got to meet him when I worked in Washington, DC at the US Senate Committee on the Judiciary, and I have always admired his commitment to liberal causes (dear to my heart as well).  I will treasure ( Read more... )

George Carlin  died at age 71, he is someone I have always admired and enjoyed.  There will be many people remembering and eulogizing his life.  I think I'll just put up a link to a great bit:
