Well, I'm not sure I can say things ended well. Yesterday went well. (I'll probably write that up tomorrow.) Then we packed up our stuff, and today we checked out of the MGM Grand.

Last night didn't end all that well, honestly. I wasn't in a bad mood, but my body was very unhappy with me. chiendarrendor let me sleep late today, so I didn't get out of bed until 2pm. This was okay, as we had actually planned ahead to have no plans today - we figured by now we'd need to take a vacation from our vacation.

I should not try to write LJ entries immediately after looking at Lolcats. It really screws with my writing style.

Aaaanyway, I want to record how the last few days have gone before I forget 'em!

So here I am at our lovely Spa Resort Hotel for WesterCon.

I'm much more tired than I expected to be. ( I think the flight was extra draining )

I didn't nominate myself or anything, I swear (not that there's anything wrong with that - I was thinking of applying next year).

This year I was given my very first invitation to the Friends of BayCon reception. I am now officially a Friend of BayCon!
