one good thing about being surrounded by hippies is that i do not feel the need to always look my best. not that i ever really feel that need on a regular basis. (otherwise i would walk around in my pjs a whole lot less.)
more precisely, it means my hair can be greasy and i don't have to worry. for those of you who may be worried about my personal hygiene right now, do not fear, i just got out of the shower. and it was my second shower in 2 days because i took one yesterday... i think. i can't really remember. however, i'm just saying it's nice to not have to feel gross because when you're around people who look grosser than you, it's hard to feel too gross about the greasiness of the hair.
superficial? yes. but i don't care. everyone knows you feel better when you're hair is free flowing and not stuck to your head. (unless you stylishly gelled it. even then i'm in favor of free flowing)
