FOOD
heaven.
it was delicious and sent happiness to everyone for miles around.
in other news i lost the dishwasher battle (that no one knew i was waging except for myself and ashley h. and robyn). i am just not hippie enough. my karmic vibes were not strong enough and my chakras were not all aligned, i lost the sight out of my third eye, my aura turned brown, and the universe was not working with me to get me what i wanted. i do not have the secret after all.
(sorry for the intense sarcasm, but too much of a good thing is a bad thing. and all this positive energy crap is really turning on my cycnical side.)
HOWEVER, when i build my dream green home, i will invite my housemates over and i will show them that i have no cabinets and that i store all of my dishes in two dishwashers (as i saw in one green home in louisiana) to save some trees. AND i will use only solar and wind energy so they can stick that in their pipe and smoke it! they will be forced to wash their dishes in the dishwasher because it would be too ridiculous to take the dishes out of the dishwasher, wash them by hand, and then put them back in the dishwasher.
ok. i am now over the dishwasher debacle. i had two strange ex-boyfriend experiences at indian food tonight. the first was that we (my roommate tony and i) met these really nice guys who are also working to rebuild the city. (they went on a trip to india and it sounded soo amazing!) (one looked like a blond jesus). anyway so i introduced myself and then tony said, "hi, i'm tony" obviously. but it was strange because i have not had that happen since i dated tony. so for a second it was like i was in a parallel universe or taken back in time. it just totally threw me off. luckily, their voices do not sound the same at all.
secondly, tony has a similar build to jon. so we're standing in line for food and i saw him out of my peripheral vision and i swear i thought jon was beside me. i am so glad that i didn't lean over and put my head on his chest because that would have been way awkward. but i seriously thought jon was there for a good second (and in thinking time that's a long time). i suppose it was just habitual thinking because jon's the only person that big who is ever around me.
indian food. every sunday. i am totally there. whoever comes to visit, you get free indian food! that's right! pay for your plane ticket down here so that you can get free indian food! haha! it was just AMAZING!
