Happy Birthday(s)... and Other Unrelated Stuff
So, I've been remiss at keeping up with the birthdays of some people I care about here on Livejournal. Lots of them have piled in the little box at the right of my Friends Feed, and I didn't do much except staring at them and feeling increasingly guilty.
Therefore... HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY to starduchess, lightofdaye, candamira, evalangui, and bluemermaid. HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY (before I forget) to annabtg, and tamlane. Hope everybody is happy and had/will have a wonderful celebration.
Completely unrelated to this... I've finally gathered the courage to tell you guys about the community that I've created ageees ago and never actually told anybody about it - apart from people I knew they wouldn't laugh at me. It's called hugo_loves_lily and you're more than welcome to join in and post your stories and recs if you feel so inclined! As you probably can imagine from the name, it's a Lily/Hugo community... so yeah, I think that says pretty much everything there is to say about it. *g*
Some real life stuff... Two weeks and two days before I move to London. I feel both excited and very calm about it. I found a room (I'm going to live in Wimbledon! 45 seconds from the tube!) and two (nanny) jobs. So everything is good and I'm happy. Naturally, as it always happens when something important is going on in my life, I have plot bunnies hopping about in my head 24/7, and I wrote 20,000 words in the past week alone. I'll miss being free to write whenever I want/can.
