If you have a couple of hours and a new box of tissues, I recommend watching Prayers for Bobby. I admit I had a tough time watching it, Sigourney Weaver as Mary Griffith was channelling my mother. It shows how far we've come, and how far we've yet to go. And it broke my damn heart.

So we're watching the movie 300, and I've come to the following conclusion: Xerxes is a Goa'uld.

I'd downloaded Strip Mind a few weeks ago (long enough that I don't remember where I got it), and I finally started watching it this morning. It's split off into 4 files, so I watched the first 20-some-odd minutes of it. So far, no worse than a Sci Fi Saturday Night Feature.
