1. What did you do in 2009 that you'd never done before?
Got drunk and shot a shotgun! (...not at the same time...)

2. Did you keep your new year resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
No. I plan to make new ones and remake old ones.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Yep. My cousin-in-law

4. Did anyone close to you die?
Nope

5. What countries did you visit?
*Sigh*

6. What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009?
Money!! Therefore a job would probably benefit me...still...

7. What date from 2009 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
The day I met Callista for the first time. It was like magic...I knew we would be the best of friends.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I went to sleep the night before my costume designs were due BOTH times!

9. What was your biggest failure?
Not getting cast in anything and not getting a design position.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Tonsillitis just recently, and a few ear infections plus the regular colds.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
My Callista kitten =^_^=

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Zachary has handled the stresses of money and life with an admirable amount of grace. And Zeb's for handling all the bullshit his school put him through! Kudos for making it through without killing anyone.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
I probably shouldn't say...

14. Where did most of your money go?
Food, clothes, and Christmas Presents for friends.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Getting to move into a nice apartment in a really nice location.

16. What song will always remind you of 2009?
"End of the World" by REM. I don't know if that's the actual title, and I should probably save it for 2012...but it won't matter then because nothing's going to happen and everyone will be disappointed that they built all those bomb shelters.

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. Happier or sadder? Happier mostly
ii. Thinner or fatter? Fatter =>.<=
iii. richer or poorer? Richer

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
ACTING and Exercising

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Watching TV, Eating

20. How did you spend Christmas?
We opened presents Christmas morning with Grandpa, ate cinnamon rolls, then drove to Rainer to eat Christmas dinner and open presents at my aunt and uncle's house with the rest of the family. Pretty similar to every other year to tell the truth...but it was nice

22. Did you fall in love in 2009?
Stayed in love.

23. How many one-night stands?
None.

24. What was your favorite TV program?
I'm Alive, Millennium, Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
Yes. Yes I do.

26. What was the best book you read?
Cable and Deadpool was a pretty awesome Graphic Novel. It counts!

27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
"In the Heights" is my favorite musical right now along with "Assassins". Kept me working on my comic book!

28. What did you want and get?
A grasshopper (the drink, not the insect), A KITTEN!!!

30. What was your favorite film of this year?
Ponyo was adorable! Possibly Avatar if I see it tomorrow...I'll let you know.

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I went out to dinner at The Black Sheep in downtown Ashland with Zachary, Cory White, and Aivilo. Then we went to Omar's and I got a grasshopper (because it came to me in a dream...no joke!). That's all I got to drink because I had early class the next day. But that weekend we went barhopping and then wound up back at the apartment getting smashed on Tampico screwdrivers/fuzzy navels and watched The Life of Brian. There was much giggling and poking of a sleeping Zachary. Good times!

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Getting to act in something. Or getting to design.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2009?
Awesome T-shirts. I tried to be more fashionable to live up to my costume designer image...I don't know how well it worked.

34. What kept you sane?
Therapy. Not even joking. Also, having cats around full-time made me a much happier Bunny. Plus we finally have a regular D&D schedule with a good group!!! And of course, Zachary.

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Neil Patrick Harris. I have also become fond of a younger, smuggler Harrison Ford...

36. What political issue stirred you the most?
Sarah Palin being a dumb bitch and trying to ruin all the good things that are starting to happen finally (if slowly). AND the fact that so many people follow her! Media is a dangerous thing...

37. Who did you miss?
My mom and dad, all my friends from home, Aivilo, my kitties (those passed-over and the one that's still kicking)

38. Who was the best new person you met?
I didn't really meet a whole lot of new people, but I guess Cullen out of the ones I did meet.

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2009:
Sometimes, if you beat your head against a wall long enough, it goes from feeling like you're fighting a losing battle and are stupid for continuing to give yourself a concussion...back to feeling like you're fighting the good fight and you just might win someday soon.

40. Quote a song lyric that sums up your year:

"He will hold me fast
I'll be home at last
Not a loser anymore
Like the last time
And the time before

Everybody loves a winner
So nobody loved me;
'Lady Peaceful,' 'Lady Happy,'
That's what I long to be
All the odds are in my favor
Something's bound to begin
It's got to happen, happen sometime
Maybe this time I'll win."
