Dark Fairy wings...
I finally got pics. of the wings I made and wore for Halloween 2011, shown in this post here: http://faeriefashion.livejournal.com/1301170.html#cutid1
-this part isn't totally finished yet. I'll soon be covering that part in some sort of beautiful dark purple or blue fabric or ribbon.
These wing panels are all double-sided and have sturdy wire frames.
-Were I to try to redo these (had I enough fabric left, that is) there are a couple things I'd do differently with the frame, but otherwise...I'm really pleased with how well these turned out.:)
