Today was a really good day. I left home around noon and headed to Detroit. Kristin and I went to eat at Olive Garden, which is now "our place." LOL. We stuffed ourselves. I've never seen a woman eat so many breadsticks in my life. Or wear grated parmesan cheese so well. Heh. From there we went to the Joe Louis Arena. Traffic was kind of bad, but not incredibly horrible. Our seats were up pretty high, almost all the way up, but we could still see pretty good. We had a lot of fun. I wanted to get a jersey, but I only had a certain amount of cash on me, and I left my purse in the car, and they were sooo expensive. I didn't even get a program, because they were all sold out. We left a little bit early so we could avoid the traffic, and I made good time getting home. The Red Wings won 6-3, and I'm going to order a jersey online so I have it to wear to the next game, because we've decided that we want to go again!
