This may shock you. So you might want to make sure you're sitting down or something. But I actually got every reference in this chapter. Even Gidget. Don't worry, I'm kind of scared too.

Anyway, fantastic chapter. Too much to go on about. I [i]loved[/i] the imagery you packed into this chapter. Particularly the rainstorm scene.

And Jeff's reaction to Annie the rain? Priceless. You pretty much nailed it.

And I loved the slow breakdown of Jeff's will. Especially when Annie [i]really[/i] broke through his barriers about high school and his image issues. It was so fun to see that, and its result.

And yes, one more compliment (sorry, I know we're not supposed to do that)That said result. I'm just amazed at how awesomely you described it. That was a very satisfying kiss to read about.

Now if my count is correct, there are only four people left in your little list. Jeff, Annie, Vicki, and Neil. I'm curious as to how you're going to let us, the readers, know about Vicki and Neil since they haven't even shown up in the story. But I look forward to Jeff and Annie. And I loved your little reveal with Troy at the end.

Can't wait to see where you take us next.

PS. I would love to say that I loved how you put pieces of me in Jeff's brain... but I'm kinda scared because you put [i]other[/i] pieces of me in his brain that I'm pretty sure I never told you about and it's kind of freaking me out.

First of all, that list was a SPOILER! And it was the reason you claim to have called Rich/Sergio, so nothing on that list counts anymore. Secondly, Vicky and Neil were kind of a joke. But if you want a little sumfin sumfin written for them, I'll see what I can do.
