I'm actually going insane. I haven't done anything in the last four hours and i'm losing my mind. All i've done is sit and watch tv. i HAVE to get out of my house. i feel like i'm wasting away in my living room numbing my mind with pointless tv jibber jabber. Please for the love of god get me out of here. i cant take it. i'm slowly loosing all energy to do anything, i need to do get out of here. This is what happens when you work outside for 40 hours a week. once your inside you don't know what to do. i worked 11 hours today. from 6 in the morning to 5 in the evening. wasnt' that bad because i read for like 4 hours straight and knocked out like half the book. The Da Vinci Code. yeah i'm still reading it. i'm a slow reader and easily distracted to more entertaining things like sleeping and eating. surprisingly i didn't sleep at all at work today, not a wink. even more so since i didn't get any sleep last night. don't know why. It was like i forgot how to sleep or something. seriously. i was laying there with my eyes closed and it was like i didn't know what to do so i just layed there until it was time to get up. i think i slept for a while maybe an hour, hour 1/2 tops. Just couldn't get it figured out. maybe tonight i'll have better luck. bought a porno the other day, quite possibly the worst thing i've ever seen. it was THAT bad of a porno, this guy i know's girlfriend is out of town and he promised this other girl that he wouldn't jerk it while she was gone so i lent him the awesomely bad porno and he didn't have to beat the meat afterwords it was that bad. It turned a horny guy off. Good thing is i didn't pick it out so i don't blame myself for pickin it out. It was all Jackson 5's pick. Today i lost 4 bucks gambling, I won the first game which was only a dollar so i was up a buck but then the guy wanted to up the stakes to a whopping 5 dollars, and i lost. we were playin blitz. it's a really easy game to learn and fun to play since it's so addictive. one time i played for 20 bucks and won. so the game pays off. Here are the rules:
1)every card (2-10)is worth its face value except for picture cards (jack-king) which are worth 10 and aces are worth 11.
2)you and anyone else playing is delt three cards, the deck is placed on the table or whatever and the top card is turned over. the players take turns either taking the top card off the deck or the card which is face up. you can only have three cards so you have to discard one card after every turn. changing the card which is overturned every time.
3)the object is to get the highest points. Obviously, just like any game except golf where the lowest score wins but anyway. the only way for anything to count is if all the cards are the same suit. hence the hard part of the game. or if you have three of the same card.
**for example** if you have the 10 5 and lets say 8 of spades you have 18 points but if you have the 10 and 5 of spades but the 8 of hearts you only have 15 points. or if you have three sixes that also counts. not too complicated.
4)the highest points you can get is 31, two picture cards and an ace. but if you were to get three of the same cards such as three 2's you have 30 1/2 points. no matter what the value of the card three of em is worth 30 1/2 points. it's worth 30.5 cause this way three of a kind is better than three picture cards.
5)once you believe you have the highest points you knock on the table allowing everyone else one turn to make the best hand they can. the only way you can win is if you have the BEST hand. if someone ties you, you lose. and whatever money you playin for is also on the table and every time you lose you fold over one corner if you knock and someone beats you, you fold over two corners up until you have no more corners then you money is in the pot and you only have one more chance to lose before you out.
