You built up a world of magic.
Last night was the night of 2009's Bambi Awards, in which the German media rewards prizes known as Bambis - yes, after the deer, and the statuettes are deer-shaped, which you'll see later on - for recognition of excellence in media and television that has "affected and inspired the German public that year".*
It's also where two of my favourite German actors, as well as another who struck my fancy but whose work I've yet to pursue, breathed the same air in an auditorium! ... I don't know why I find this particularly exciting, but I do.
Anyhoo, here are pictures of the trio! (Resized so it's outside-of-cut- and dialup-safe, and won't muck up pages.)
First, we've Til Schweiger with actress Melanie Schulz.

Znrk, what? Oh, right; sorry, I got distracted by something in the middle in that shot, and I see Thomas is, too. He's with his [supposed] model girlfriend (he and Lena broke it off earlier this year, I believe. Sad I am), Shermaine Shahrivar, who must've, um, invested in a lot of tape to pull this off.
And then we've Christoph, whose sole companion for the night is his Bambi award. But hey ...

* Okay, I admit: after four months of writing uni papers that require citations for everything that we quote (plagiarism is a serious offence, it'll result in expulsion, etc.), I wanted to cite that. Like, add a "(Wikipedia, 2009)" after it, for real. Crap.
And oh, random post is random.
