Well hello everyone. Have you ever noticed that the orange tic-tacs are addicting? And they aren't really mints....something's wrong with that. They used to be my favorite candy to get at the store with my daddy. Sugar high anyone?
Anyways, so school has started and its been pretty good so far. The first day I cried...which is not good. So many damn changes in the APR major are to thank for that. Bah, I got it figured out. Recently though, I've been thinking about not being a Spanish minor anymore. I really just don't like it anymore. It used to be fun and enjoyable...but I'm finding myself not interested and not having fun. At all. I don't know what to think of that...seeing as how I have a class right now...and if I don't have a minor...do I magically not have to take 18 credits ever again? Will I graduate in 4 years...although I have spoken to my parents about the issue of graduating...and I'm finally accepting the fact that if I have to go another semester after the 4..it won't kill me. Part of me is thinking it's a great excuse to continue to go to school because I'm so terrified of actually getting a job because I have no idea how to do anything else but go to school. Yeah...that was a long sentence. I'm just at a really weird place. I'm sure I'll get over it soon....
Today is a busy day. I had to work out, go to classes and to our softball meeting. I'm actually kinda really excited about it. If anything, we're gonna have a good time, meeting new people and just having fun. I still have to eat dinner, go to class, and then Nat and I are gonna go to a vigil tonight downtown for the Iraq soldiers. Afterwards, I'm gonna hang out with Chris for a while. Yes, I'm sacrificing a chance to watch Andy play tonight...possibly the last night in a looooong while (though I doubt it). But that's what the magic of taping shows is for :) And that leads into Katie's Sports Talk for today!

Kevin Brown~ Hahah Michelle and Aleisha got to hear my rant about this fool last night. I really needed to unload some of that steam about him. What a fucking loser. I can't believe what he did and I hope he realized what a dumbass he is. Here's to hoping the Yanks get their shit together because last time I checked it was September....and that means October is around the corner...!!!!
Federer~ Ok, so he won today against Agassi. Boo for that. BIG boo for that. I don't think Timmy can beat him. I really really don't. And that's a problem because that means that Andy will have to face him in the final. I mean, come on.....ANDRE!!!! He should've won. He should've won. He should've won. Could you imagine an All-American final at the US Open?! Especially when Andre's gonna retire..the old fart?! Bah....honestly dissapointed...oh yeah and I hate Roger.
Andy~ Ok, so assuming the boy wonder wins tonight....can he beat Tommy Haas or Hewitt? He can beat Tommy...it'll be a feat that's for sure...but what's with Hewitt all of a sudden being cool and winning stuff and looking like he did 3 years ago? I don't know but its definitely making me scared for Andrew. I mean, Andy's on fire too...he's serving well, returning well...looking damn fine...except for those ugly shirts he designed. Someone remind him to never design again. I just hope he makes it to the final, honestly and whole-heartedly. He deserves it...he needs it. And I hope for his sake that Roger is there so he can kick his ass on home court on his own terms...*crosses fingers* Oh yeah, and Sara has informed me that Andy and Lauren have broken up...and that's who we have to thank for today's Sports Talk :) :)
NFL Kickoff~ Yes, the NFL starts tonight...you didn't think I forgot do you? Although football is not really my favorite sport...it's still something to watch every weekend. And who's better to watch than Tom Brady? No one...except maybe Joey....But yeah, tonight should be a good game between the Pats and Colts. Won't be watching it though...at least not live...that's what SportsCenter is for :)
