i caught up with sleep this morning, waking up in time to catch the 2nd half of the eagles/ cardinals game. i have to admit, i didn't think the cardinals would win it. the longtime football fan in me just couldn't imagine it. but it ended up to be a really good game. props to you arizona. since i was caught up watching, i showed up to the basketball game late. but they had hella folks playing. i got my time in though. it's been a while since i've played so i sucked more than usual. though i was finally able to hit the last shot of our last game. i'm not as sore as i usually get, but we'll see tomorrow morning. then some of us went to sliders and talked about the old times.
we have one more day with bush as U.S. president. even though he shouldn't have had one minute in that position. but hey, no point in being bitter anymore. yes, tuesday is going to be historic. yes, i voted for obama so i believe in him...to a point. is he really going to "change" anything? well, i think he would have allowed israel to still bomb gaza to the ground. and unless he changed his past stance, then the U.S. is still going to support GMA. we still have a lot of work to do folks in order to create "change". but hey, who am i to be such a debbie downer? let's breathe in the non-Bush filled air once again.
so with that said, we have one more week till the start of the semester. that means another LFS Open House. and while our videos last year we're pretty awesome. my only request is that this years' resemble this one. piece.
p.s.: go warriors!
