warm = not cold

Today I voluntarily stayed out of the sun.  I decided to convince me that it was because I was smart and realized I should let the sun-burnt skin relax. (it was actually because I decided I wanted to be lazy as shit and nap on and off all day)  Regardless of burnt skin, I'm enjoying feeling better and having many naps on my day off is invigorating. It's a good thing that I can sleep just fine after having slept just fine earlier.  It also makes those times where I can't fall asleep ok, because I figure I can just withdraw from my surplus sleep from a previous time. Yes.  Nods.
Got my latest shipment of nutritional supplements today.  Since I seemed to tolerate the iron at 18mg, I'm going to the next level (29mg with 60 mg Vit C)  My next scheduled blood work is Aug. 4th - so I'll see if I've maintained my levels or miraculously even gone up.  I also added Calcium Citrate (500mg) in the form of Lozenges that have to be sucked.  Strange feeling after I took the first one (second one is currently being disolved in my mouth at this moment) - right after I finished sucking it I got a weird sort of sugar dump feeling.  Lightheadedish, dizzyish, weird.   Ended up lying down because I couldn't quite figure out what it was, but knew I felt odd.  So I'm trying to see if I get another weird reaction now.  It does contain fructose and sucralose - but no sugar.  Also Vit K & D3 - nothing that would seem to make it effect me.  Could be just an odd coincidence -- but still was weird.  Plus all I wanted to do today was nap (before this happened) - so it could just be me being slightly tired.  It is almost dissolved and I feel normal. So I'll chalk it up to a weird reaction.  I'm still hoping I can hold off on infusions until September.  I really hope this investment in chewable supplements helps. I do know I've been horrible in taking the protein supplements,  and I just got more delicious samples to try - just haven't been doing it.  Anyway, I finished my lozenge and feel fine.  So off I go for another nap!
