glee= love with little drawbacks this week.

I really liked Glee this week.

Kurt's crush was so hilarious and honest, but I was torn between hugging him and covering my eyes. He was so obvious and hopeful, yet I know he's going to get shut down in the end! I love that they gave it as much justice as it deserved, though- from Preggers, I knew that he must have liked Finn a lot. Oh, Kurt! I still love him- maybe even more because of this. His speech. So wonderful.

Not talking about Quinn's family portrayal here. Too many mixed emotions. I liked the alcoholic twist and how they zoomed in on all the glasses so many times (yet so subtly) but the family's stereotype went too far here for my tastes. My chest still hurts from how badly I think they screwed that up- sure, it explains her behavior and makes total sense, but Christian WASPish family + Glenn Beck =/= FAILURE of a FAMILY. Maybe it's just that I see that everywhere and people in RL seem to think that's true as well. People need to stop seriously believing this is true. I obviously still love her, though. And her family.

I can't talk about that scene anymore- it was really well handled, and I will accept it as canon. Just hit too close to home with me. Awesome acting, though.

Loved the episode- a win all around! They made the crush sideplot work, and I thought I'd hate it! All in all, awesome, awesome.

Okay, not really that coherent. But Glee makes me incoherent!
