Going Home Today!

My train is at 12:36.  I'll have to take a cab there-not worth screwing around with the bus.  Nervous to get back to teaching, but excited.  Some moments I'm terrified, feeling like I know nothing and she'll expect a lot from me since I've already had a placement.  I start to think I'm going to do horrible, I'm freaking out about never being able to get a job(after returning from a resume workshop, realizing I don't have much to put on mine!), and generally just feeling horrible.  Other times, I get really energized and think I can do this, and I have lot's of good ideas, and I get really excited about all the stuff I will do when I get back to school.  Then I get freaked out again...but hopefully I stick with mostly positive.  I'm confident my new associate will be a better fit for me, and I'll learn a lot.  I'm excited!!!!  Yes, final word on that for today.

Monday is a PD Day, but Havenwood is opting out of the professional development activities in favour of spending the day moving the school around, post construction!  Anthony, my old associate, will be moving from the crap whole portable to the school, which is really great!!!  Too bad I got stuck out there, but good for the next TC(teacher candidate) Stephanie who will be going into his class.  Anyway, Anthony e-mailed our faculty liason Russ and told him that we shouldn't come to Tuesday.  I wouldn't mind helping, but I think they feel we'd be more of a nuisance than a help, so that's okay-an extra day to relax/get ready!  Super excited!  Hehe, just realized my birthday will be my first day!  That's sort of funny!

Anyway, still have some organizing to do before I leave.  Don't want to leave my room a total disaster!  Almost home time!!!  Woohoo!
