"I'd kill the messenger / But she's my friend and I love her"

1. ARGH IT'S 4.18AM!

2. I blame this on my icon-making SICKNESS. I know I just finished a batch - and spent all weekend on them too - but I HAD to make icons of Julia from her Lowdown-Down performance and so... ARGH. They're here. I FAIL TOTALLY AT GOING TO BED.

3. I watched Step Brothers - OMG. That movie was on about 17 kinds of crack. Will ( Read more... )

LE WOULD be an adorable pregnant woman. OMIGOD, imagine Cheno pregnant, LMAO. She'd be so cute.

And ARGH. I crazy heart you for pointing me in the direction of those song clips. I'm so frustrated by the 30-second clips, but they sound amazing. I ABSOLUTELY agree on What A Wonderful World. Freakin' gorgeous. I'm also loving Christmas Waltz (one of my own favourite Xmas songs) and also Do You Hear What I Hear. SO MUCH CHENO SQUEE RIGHT NOW. Thank you!!

Ha ha, Cheno and Sorkin would make adorable babies. Look at that height difference! O_O Kidding - they'd be really cute though. And you're right, I'm kind of desperate for Four Christmases to come out NOW. Urk. It'd be so awesome!!

I've already pimped Cheno in my latest LJ entry, because everyone needs more Cheno in their lives. I can't wait for that album, dammit. I hope she gets to make a video or two for this album. At least she'll definitely be on the talk show circuit to promote it, whoo hoo!!!

Man. I don't know if I have Cheno songs you don't, because I'd be happy to pass them to you if you want them. Have you got bootlegs of her live concerts?

Fanwhoring is good. I'm a fanwhore. :D

Life is... plodding along as per normal. I'm sorry to hear about your mom. :( Flailing tends to keep me on an even keel, but it has its bad days, definitely.

Omigod she's TINY. I mean, I know this for a fact, but it always surprises me for some reason. It's probably because she's larger than life, and she's just perfectly proportionate for her height, you know?

Those two you post of her cuddling up to Aaron are ADORABLE. Especially the one on the right. OMG HER SMILE. SO HAPPY.

Btw, Craig Ferguson is my chat show host boyfriend. I love him when he's interviewing. He's just so funny. Plus, Scottish accent. ROWR. Ellen is always the best too. I HEART HER.

Okay, cool, you've got more concerts than I do, then! I posted a few single songs a few entries back - here - so if you don't have any yet, you should snag that. :D

I don't care if you're majorly nuts. It sounds like you flail at the speed that I approve of. AWESOMETIMES.

I WILL be careful. And that's a good tip. I've always struggled with work-life balance since starting work, but my need to flail is helping me keep perspective quite a bit these days.

I think what I love best about Cheno really is that quality - she's larger than life, and so sparkly and happy and engaging, but she doesn't INTIMIDATE, you know? Sometimes I get a little overawed by the AWESOME THAT IS JULIA MURNEY, and yes, I kind awed by Cheno's voice, but I just love her as a performer so much. IDK. I don't know if that made sense ( ... )

She was born to perform, is the thing! It's clear that she's in her element and that she LOVES it. And that really translates into the work she does, you know? And I agree with you that she really is a very intelligent performer - she seems a spaz in RL, which I LOVE (I love it when she gets dorky, and like, puts a fist in her mouth: wtf?!), but she's also really devoted to her work. I love that. I definitely think that Olive wouldn't be the same character if not played by Cheno. She's the breakout hit in that show, for definite ( ... )

Kristin is definitely one of the shining lights of musical theatre - and pretty much any medium she sets her mind to conquer! I'm hoping she does do some live shows and stuff soon though. Much as I love PD, she's from musical theatre, and LIVE is the best way to experience her!

I actually LOVE it when my favourite celebrities are spazzy. Which probably explains why I have such huge girl-crushes on Cheno, Idina and Julia. They're just all so... dorky, even though they're clearly incredibly smart and talented. They're just normal, dorky people. Like, hai, how much do I love Cheno's addiction to run-of-the-mill chain restaurants? Her adoration for Denny's and Applebee's is HILARIOUS to me.

No worries about Candide, I HAVE the DVD, have just never got around to seeing it. *ashamed* That's my problem - I amass crack and enver watch it! D:

It's my dream, and in my opinion, you decide how to live your life, so I'm choosing to live it this way. It's just as likely it won't succeed, but I have to try.

I approve. You go, girl! XD
